Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may employ as members of the staff of the commission such people as it considers necessary to enable it to properly exercise its functions.
(2) The commission, if it is practicable to do so, shall make reciprocal arrangements with other legal aid commissions for the purpose of facilitating the transfer of staff between the commission and any of those other legal aid commissions.
