LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 90
Risk-assessment management plan—approval(1) The commissioner may approve a risk-assessment management plan for licensed premises or permitted premises only if satisfied that the procedures, practices and arrangements in the plan are consistent with the harm minimisation and community safety principles.
(2) If the commissioner decides to approve a risk-assessment management plan for licensed premises or permitted premises, the commissioner must give the licensee or permit-holder written notice that the plan has been approved.
