LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 194
RSA training providers must give RSA certificates(1) If an approved RSA training provider is satisfied that a person has satisfactorily completed an approved RSA training course provided by the provider, the provider must give the person an RSA certificate for the course.
(2) An
RSA certificate expires 3 years after the day the person satisfactorily
completes the course.
