LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 177

    (1)     A complaint must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     include the name and address of the person making the complaint (the complainant ).

    (2)     However, the commissioner may accept a complaint for consideration even if it does not comply with subsection (1).
