LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 148

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is—

              (i)     a licensee; or

              (ii)     a permit-holder; and

        (b)     an emergency closure order is in force for the person; and

        (c)     the person fails to comply with the emergency closure order.

Maximum penalty units: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
