Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a law amends another law and includes a provision (a legislation amended provision ) identifying the amended law.
(2) The legislation amended provision automatically commences (or is taken to have automatically commenced)—
(a) on the commencement of the amendments; or
(b) if the amendments commence at different times—on the commencement of the earlier or earliest of the amendments.
(3) This section is a determinative provision.
