Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an Act or statutory instrument authorises or requires provision to be made by statutory instrument in relation to land or waters.
(2) Provision may be made by reference to—
(a) a particular map or plan held by an entity; or
(b) a particular entry in a register kept by an entity;
if the map, plan or register is available for inspection (on the internet or otherwise) by members of the public, whether or not on payment of a fee.
