Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Part 5.2 (Requirements for regulatory impact statements) does not affect any requirements in any other territory law for publication or consultation about a proposal to make a subordinate law or disallowable instrument.
(2) Part 5.2 does not apply to the subordinate law or disallowable instrument if the requirements are of a comparable level to publication and consultation under the part.
