LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 300
Delegation by parliamentary counsel(1) The parliamentary counsel may delegate the parliamentary counsel's functions under this Act or another territory law to a public servant.
Note For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see pt 19.4.
(2) However, the parliamentary counsel may only delegate a function under part 11.3 (Editorial changes) to—
(a) a person performing the duties of deputy parliamentary counsel in the public service; or
(b) a public servant prescribed by regulation.
