LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 225A

This division applies to a position if a law provides that a person acts in the position in stated circumstances.

Example

The Hypothetical Act 2003 provides for the deputy director of the hypothetical entity to act in the position of director of the entity if the position is vacant or the director cannot for any reason exercise the functions of the position.
