LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 185
References to occupant of position(1) In a law, a reference to the occupant of a position (however expressed) includes a reference to anyone for the time being occupying the position.
(2) To remove any doubt, this section applies to all positions, whether or not in or for the Territory, including positions established under a law of another jurisdiction.
