LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 184A
References to entity(1) In a law, a reference to an entity includes a reference to a person exercising a function of the entity, whether under a delegation, subdelegation or otherwise.
(2) To remove any doubt, this section applies to all entities, whether or not in or for the Territory, including entities established under a law of another jurisdiction.
