LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 165

In an Act or statutory instrument, a reference (whether by name or description) to a committee of the Legislative Assembly that no longer exists is a reference to the committee of the Assembly nominated by the Speaker either generally or for the provision containing the reference.
