LAKES ACT 1976 - SECT 5

Declaration of area as lake

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare an area to be a lake for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
