LAKES ACT 1976 - SECT 49

Causing unreasonable interference

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person operates a boat on a lake in a way that causes unreasonable interference to someone else's use or enjoyment of the lake.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
