Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person operates, or takes part in the operation of, a boat on a lake; and
(b) the operation gives rise to the danger of—
(i) harm or death to someone else; or
(ii) damage to property; and
(c) the person is reckless or negligent about the operation giving rise to that danger.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
