LAKES ACT 1976 - SECT 37

    (1)     The operator of a boat that is under way, or anchored, on a lake at night must ensure that the boat shows a light as required under this division.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
