LAKES ACT 1976 - SECT 34

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person undertakes a commercial activity in a lake area; and

        (b)     the activity is not undertaken in accordance with an agreement under section 33.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
