Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by a sign installed at or near a wharf or jetty in a lake area, restrict the mooring of boats to the wharf or jetty to boats of a kind indicated by the sign.
(2) A person must not moor a boat to a wharf or jetty in contravention of a sign under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
