Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the commissioner approves the closure of licensed premises, the licensee must not, without reasonable excuse, for not less than 7 days before the first day when the closure of the premises has been approved, fail to display in the premises a notice setting out the day or days and times when the premises will be closed under the approval.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) A licensee must not open any part of the licensed premises for the sale of liquor on a day for which an approval has been granted under this part.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
