Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For this Act, a licensee must make a record of all liquor held for sale by the licensee.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A licensee must keep a record made under subsection (1), and any record given to the licensee under section 63 (7), for at least 6 years at the required place.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) In subsection (2):
"required place" means—
(a) the licensed premises; or
(b) if there is in force written approval by the commissioner for the records to be kept at another place—that place.
