Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the commissioner authorises the issue of a special licence, the licence must be issued subject to the conditions the commissioner considers to be in the public interest.
(2) A special licence must specify the conditions subject to which it is issued.
