LIQUOR ACT 1975 - SECT 34

    (1)     With the Minister's written approval, the commissioner may, in writing, amend or repeal the manual.

    (2)     An amendment or repeal is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
