LIQUOR ACT 1975 - SECT 155

Sending under-age people to obtain liquor

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, send a person under 18 years old to buy or collect liquor on or from premises to which a licence or permit relates.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
