Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the commissioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the times for which the permit is sought are not appropriate, the commissioner may issue a permit to the applicant for the times the commissioner considers appropriate.
(2) If the commissioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that aspects of the sale of liquor for which the permit is sought would not be in the public interest, the commissioner may issue a permit to the applicant subject to the conditions the commissioner considers necessary to protect the public interest.
