LOTTERIES ACT 1964 - SECT 15

Misappropriation of funds or prizes

A person who is concerned in the conduct of a lottery shall not convert to his or her own use any of the money subscribed to, or any of the prizes in, the lottery.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
