Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Except by leave of the Supreme Court, a person shall not, before the day fixed for a trial, be permitted to inspect the panel of jurors for the trial or to inspect or obtain a copy of the panel.
(2) The legal practitioner representing the prosecution, the accused or his or her legal practitioner may, on the day fixed for a trial, inspect or obtain from the sheriff a copy of the panel of jurors for the trial.
