JURIES ACT 1967 - SECT 11

Exempt people and people who may claim exemption

    (1)     A person mentioned in schedule 2, part 2.1 is exempt from serving as a juror.

    (2)     A person mentioned in schedule 2, part 2.2 may claim exemption from serving as a juror.
