INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 - SECT 87

General responsibilities of licensed provider

A licensed provider shall comply with—

        (a)     the rules determined by the Minister under this division; and

        (b)     any direction given by the commission under this division.

Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
