INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 - SECT 86

Directions

The commission may, by written notice given to—

        (a)     a licensed provider; or

        (b)     licensed providers specified in the notice; or

        (c)     all licensed providers;

give directions about the conduct of authorised games by that provider, the specified providers or all providers.
