Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an agency agreement is ended otherwise than because of a direction to end the agreement given to the licensed provider by the commission.
(2) If this section applies, the licensed provider shall notify the commission in writing of the ending of the agreement within 7 days after the agreement is ended.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
