Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A licensed provider must, within 14 days after each return day, give a return to the commission that lists the provider's agents on the return day.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) For this section, each of the following is a return day of a licensee:
(a) the day 6 months after the commencement of this section;
(b) a day that is a multiple of 6 months after the day mentioned in paragraph (a).
