Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may at any time, by written notice to a key person licensee whose licence is under suspension—
(a) cancel the remaining period of the suspension; or
(b) reduce the remaining period of suspension by a period specified in the notice.
(2) The commission shall give a copy of a notice under subsection (1) to any licensed provider to whom a notice under section 62 (4) was given when the relevant licence was suspended.
