Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may, by written notice to the holder of a key person licence, suspend the licence if satisfied on reasonable grounds that—
(a) a ground referred to in section 60 exists; and
(b) it is necessary to suspend the licence in the public interest or to ensure that the integrity of the conduct of interactive games is not jeopardised.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall state the date until which the licence is suspended.
(3) The suspension takes effect when the notice under this section is given.
(4) If the commission believes that a key relationship exists between the key person licensee and a licensed provider at the time of the giving of a notice under this section, the commission shall promptly give notice of the suspension to the licensed provider.
