Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person shall not, without reasonable excuse—
(a) accept employment as a key person; or
(b) agree to carry out as an employee the duties of a key person;
unless the person is a key person licensee.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
(2) A licensed provider shall not employ a person to carry out the functions of a key person, unless the person is a key person licensee.
