INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 - SECT 45

Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension

The Minister may, by written notice to a licensed provider whose license is, or is to be, suspended—

        (a)     cancel the suspension; or

        (b)     reduce the remaining period of the suspension by a period specified in the notice.
