Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may suspend an interactive gambling licence under this section if a direction under section 40 has not been complied with.
(2) A suspension under this section—
(a) shall be effected by written notice given to the licensed provider; and
(b) takes effect when the notice is given; and
(c) is for the period specified in the notice.
