HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 60

Conduct of conciliation

Conciliation is to be conducted in the way the commission decides.

Example

The commission may decide that a complaint is to be split and the parts are to be conciliated separately.

Note     An example is part of the Act, is not exhaustive and may extend, but does not limit, the meaning of the provision in which it appears (see Legislation Act, s 126 and s 132).
