HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 53C

The parties to a complaint referred to the ACAT under this division are—

        (a)     the complainant; and

        (b)     the person complained about; and

        (c)     if, on application by the commission, the ACAT joins the commission as a party to the complaint—the commission.
