HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 21A

Delegation of disability and community services commissioner's functions

The disability and community services commissioner may delegate the commissioner's functions under this Act or another Territory law to another commissioner or a member of the staff of the commission.
