HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 17

Minister's directions

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, direct the commission to inquire into and report to the Minister in relation to a matter that can be complained about under this Act.

    (2)     The commission must comply with the direction.
