HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 2005 - SECT 12

    (1)     The commission has the following members:

        (a)     the children and young people commissioner;

        (b)     the disability and community services commissioner;

        (c)     the discrimination commissioner;

        (d)     the health services commissioner;

        (e)     the human rights commissioner.

    (2)     A person may hold 2 or more positions mentioned in subsection (1).
