Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a report, or an application for a condition review, if the personal assessment panel believes, on reasonable grounds, that the report or application (the matter ) has been inappropriately referred to the panel.
(2) The personal assessment panel must refer the matter back to the health profession board that established the panel.
(3) If the personal assessment panel refers the matter back under subsection (2), the panel must state the reason for the referral.
