Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a report to which this part applies that relates to a health professional indicates that the health professional may have committed, or be committing, an offence against a territory law.
(2) The health profession board may give the chief police officer a copy of the report, with any other information the board has in relation to the report.
(3) Giving the chief police officer a copy of the
report does not prevent the health profession board and commission from taking
further action under section 86 in relation to the report.
