HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ACT 2004 - SECT 79

    (1)     A report may be given to the relevant health profession board.

    (2)     The health profession board must—

        (a)     refer the report to the commission; and

        (b)     give a copy of the report, and all documents in its possession that relate to the report, to the commission.
