Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A professional standards panel decides, after inquiry, whether a registered health professional is contravening, or has contravened, the required standard of practice or does not satisfy the suitability to practise requirements (see part 12).
(2) The professional standards panel may require the registered health professional to take certain action, accept a voluntary undertaking from the health professional or apply to the ACAT for occupational discipline orders.
