Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Before obtaining the consent of a person for section 44 (2) (a), the inspector must tell the person that he or she may refuse consent.
(2) An entry of an inspector with the consent of a person is not lawful unless the person voluntarily consented to the entry.
