Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) All amounts paid to or by the housing commissioner for this Act (including amounts paid under a Commonwealth-Territory funding agreement) must be paid into or out of a departmental banking account or territory banking account within the meaning of the Financial Management Act 1996 .
(2) To remove any doubt, amounts owed to, or paid to or by, the housing commissioner are amounts owed to, or paid to or by, the Territory.
