HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 2007 - SECT 31

    (1)     This section applies if the Territory enters into or amends a Commonwealth-Territory funding agreement.

    (2)     The agreement or amendment is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
