HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 2007 - SECT 25M

The housing commissioner may monitor a registered housing provider's compliance with—

        (a)     for an affordable housing provider—the monitoring guidelines for the provider; and

        (b)     for a community housing provider—

              (i)     the monitoring guidelines for the provider; and

              (ii)     the standards for the provider; and

              (iii)     any other standards prescribed by regulation.
